The Conbool suite consists of six modules, each covering one need and interlocking with the others. This overview links to the documentation and the product page of every module.

What connects the modules

All six modules use the same platform, the same admin portal and the same audit log. One module is enough to start with, further ones can be added without a new contract and without a second console. The basis remains a tenant with a connected domain, see connecting a domain.

MailGuard: inbound protection

Anti-spam, anti-phishing and detection of BEC and CEO fraud with behavioural analysis, plus an attachment filter with CDR and DLP detectors for German identifiers. SecureMail: email encryption

S/MIME, OpenPGP and an integrated message portal as a web reader for recipients without a certificate, including a native Outlook add-in. More in the SecureMail documentation and on the SecureMail product page.

SecureFiles: secure file transfer

Disclaimer: central signatures

DMARC Reports: outbound identity

Archive: audit-proof archiving

Legally compliant email archiving right in the mail flow with statutory retention periods, full-text search across encrypted messages and an automated deletion concept. More in the Archive documentation and on the Archive product page.
