Learning area and team leads

Each person has a learning area with their trainings, their points and their security score. Only they see the score while the tenant evaluates in aggregate; with per-person evaluation, the learning area states that the administration can see it too. Admins in the portal open their learning area via My learning area.

The team view

You find the team view under Training, Learning area, tab Team view. It is subject to employee co-determination and is off by default.

Team lead and team

A team lead is named as a person from the directory. A team is a department, a selection of people or the direct reports from Microsoft Entra.

With Microsoft 365 connected, Suggest from Entra shows people with direct reports. Teams from Entra follow Entra by themselves. If Entra does not release managers for the connection, the page says so; teams can then be formed by department or people.

What a team lead sees

In their learning area, a team lead sees only values for the group, and only from the configured minimum group size. Names are never shown.

They receive one email once the team view is switched on.

Two teams under the same lead that differ by fewer people than the minimum group size show no values. The minimum group size is described under Results and data protection.
