Licence model and packages per module

The licence model of Conbool: plans per module and mailbox, the suite bundle and monthly or annual billing. Conbool names prices in an individual quote.

Plans are booked per module and per mailbox. Every module can be activated individually, further modules can be added later without a new contract.

Plans per module

Every module has a plan of its own, billed per mailbox: MailGuard, SecureMail, SecureFiles, Disclaimer, DMARC Reports and Archive. The suite combines SecureMail, MailGuard and Disclaimer into one common plan. Which licence is assigned to a mailbox is described in licences and users.

Billing interval

Billing takes place monthly or annually as chosen. If SecureMail, MailGuard and Disclaimer are used together, billing combines the matching licences into the suite plan automatically.

Trial and contract term

A trial without payment details allows testing before a paid plan is chosen. The usual contract term is one year with a renewal option, longer terms feed into the quote. The scope depends on the number of mailboxes, the activated modules and the contract term.

Overview and quote

A product-wide overview is given by the product overview and the packages at a glance. Additional components such as SecureFiles storage depend on the booked storage quota, retention periods on the Archive module. How invoice, payment method and tax country interact is described under invoices and payment. Back to the licensing and billing overview.
