365 Tenants for partners: all customer tenants on one page

The partner portal overview of all customer tenants with 365 Tenants and distributing a template to several tenants in one go.

Overview

Partner portal → 365 Tenants lists all customer tenants with 365 Tenants on one page. What needs attention is at the top. A tenant without enforced MFA appears as a warning at the very top.

For each tenant the page shows:

  • the state and its reasons, such as a failed snapshot, a risky change or deviations from the template,
  • the number of open deviations from the assigned template,
  • the risky changes of the last seven days,
  • the Secure Score and the number of open Microsoft recommendations,
  • the last snapshot, the assigned template, the last run and the consent,
  • whether the tenant can be rolled out to. This works in every licensed tenant, including during the trial, once the customer has consented to the roll-out app.

Key figures across all tenants appear above. A tenant's name opens 365 Tenants in that tenant. Owners and operators of the partner account see the page.

Distributing a template to several tenants

Only the owner of the partner account sees Distribute template. You choose the entries of “Conbool gehärtet” as when adopting, tick the tenants and confirm. For each selected tenant, 365 Tenants adopts the selection as a version, releases it, assigns it and prepares a dry run, one tenant after another. Each row then shows its result, for example “Values missing”.

  • Nothing changes in the tenant. A rollout happens only when someone there with the “roll out” permission requests and approves the run.
  • If a tenant has a different template assigned, it keeps it and receives nothing.
  • If values such as the emergency accounts are missing, enter them in the tenant under Roll out.
  • Every step is logged in the tenant, with the person and the partner account.
