Bring your content
From Microsoft 365 including calendars and contacts, from Google Workspace, any IMAP server or from Outlook data files up to 60 GB.
Migration runs in the background and can be followed for each mailbox.

Frequently asked questions
Which mail clients work with Conbool Mail?
Any client that supports IMAP and SMTP, such as Outlook, Apple Mail and Thunderbird, plus the mail apps on iPhone and Android. Calendars and contacts sync via CalDAV and CardDAV, for example with iPhone, Mac and Thunderbird. Outlook for Windows does not support these two protocols out of the box; there, calendar and contacts are available in webmail.
How do our existing mailboxes move to Conbool Mail?
Through migration in the portal: from Microsoft 365 with messages, calendars and contacts, from Google Workspace or any IMAP server, and from Outlook data files up to 60 GB each. Migration runs in the background.
Do shared mailboxes need a licence of their own?
Not up to 50 GB, and neither do distribution lists, rooms and equipment. Anyone working in a shared mailbox needs their own mailbox with a plan.
Are MailGuard and SecureMail included?
No. Every plan includes built-in protection against malware and spam. MailGuard, SecureMail, Disclaimer and the other modules are booked separately. Plan 2 includes compliant email archiving.
Where is our data stored?
Exclusively in data centres in Germany. Your contracting party is Conbool GmbH, and every service provider involved is listed in the data processing agreement.
What happens to deleted messages?
Deleted or overwritten content stays recoverable for 30 days. Conbool restores it on request.
