Licensing and billing of the Conbool suite

Conbool is licensed per module. Every module is billed per mailbox, bundled in one contract with one billing account and one processor.

Licensing per module

The suite consists of the modules MailGuard, SecureMail, SecureFiles, Disclaimer, DMARC Reports, Archive, 365 Backup, Continuity and Awareness. Every module is licensed per productive mailbox and can be activated individually. Starting with one module is possible, further modules can be added later without a new contract. The suite bundles SecureMail, MailGuard and Disclaimer into one common plan. Details on assignment are described under licences and users.

One contract, one billing account

All modules run through the same admin portal and the same billing. There is one contractual relationship and one billing account per tenant. Invoices state the activated modules and the number of mailboxes separately. How plans per module are composed is described on the licence model and packages page.

EU hosting and GDPR Art. 28

The contracting party is Conbool GmbH, based in Germany and the processor under GDPR Art. 28. Hosting takes place in Germany on ISO 27001 certified infrastructure. Billing runs in euros through a German invoice with VAT stated. Payment method, invoice recipient and tax country are described under invoices and payment.
