All emails that Awareness sends, with their recipients: for the workforce, team leads and administration.
Under Settings, tab Notifications, you find everything Awareness sends, with its recipient.
Workforce
- Invitation to an assignment: always on.
- Reminders before and after the deadline: per assignment.
- Invitation to a short training: automatic.
- Reminder of open short trainings: switch.
- Feedback after a report: with MailGuard it can be set there, otherwise by a switch.
Team leads
- Notice when named: switch.
Administration
- Bell for new reports: switch.
- Notice about your own sender domain: switch.
- Notice about overdue people: per assignment.
- Automatic report: under Analysis, Ready-made reports.
