Groupware online

Conbool runs the mailboxes in data centres in Germany. You pay per mailbox: €1.29, €2.99 or €5.49 per month, net.

Groupware server on premises

Conbool Mail also runs on your infrastructure and signs users in through your Active Directory.

Self-hosted open source

What is groupware?

Groupware is software that supports teamwork. In everyday use it mostly means email, shared calendars, address books and bookable rooms that belong together and look the same on every device.

Is Conbool Mail groupware?

Yes, for email, calendar, contacts and rooms and equipment. Video conferencing, chat and online office are not part of it.

Is there groupware from Germany?

Yes. Conbool Mail is run in data centres in Germany, the contracting party is Conbool GmbH in Hamburg. On request the service runs in your own data centre.

What are CalDAV and CardDAV?

CalDAV carries calendars, CardDAV carries contacts. Both are open protocols spoken by many clients, such as Calendar and Contacts on iPhone and Mac and Thunderbird.

What does groupware cost with Conbool?

Per mailbox per month €1.29 for Kiosk, €2.99 for Plan 1 and €5.49 for Plan 2, net. Shared mailboxes up to 50 GB, distribution lists, rooms and equipment are free.
