Settings
Manage tenant settings: master data, integrations, DNS and module-specific configurations.
Settings
You can access the settings via Settings in the side menu. Here you manage the master data and placeholders for your tenant.
General Settings
Tenant Data
- Tenant Name: Display name of your tenant.
- Tenant Logo: Avatar/logo for display in the dashboard.
Master Data (Company Placeholders)
Here you configure the company data that is available as placeholders in disclaimer templates:

Portal Configuration
Under Settings > Portal (/settings/portal) you configure the secure message portal for external recipients.
Other Configuration Areas
The following areas are not managed under Settings but in their own sections:
- S/MIME Settings: Certificate providers (SwissSign), internal CA -- configured under SecureMail.
- PGP Settings: Key management and keyserver configuration -- configured under
/securemail/pgp. - Spam protection, attachment filter, network filter: Configured under
/mailguard/. - Disclaimer templates and routing: Configured under
/disclaimer/.
Integrations
Under Settings you also configure external integrations:
- Entra ID: Microsoft 365 user and group synchronization.
- LDAP: Active Directory connection.
- DOI/NdB Mailer Table: Sender/recipient validation.
- SwissSign MPKI: Automatic S/MIME certificate issuance.
Who Can Change Settings?
Only the Owner role can change settings.
