The dashboard provides an overview of your email security status, active modules and key metrics.
Dashboard
After logging in and selecting a tenant, you will see the dashboard. It provides a central overview of the current status of your email security.
What Does the Dashboard Show?
KPI Cards
At the top, the dashboard displays the most important metrics at a glance:
- Total Emails: Total number of processed emails in the selected time range.
- Incoming: Number of received emails.
- Outgoing: Number of sent emails.
- Threats Detected: Sum of blocked, quarantined and sanitized emails.
Email Flow
- Flow Chart (Donut): Visual representation of email distribution.
- Daily Volume: Chart of daily email volume over the selected time range.
MailGuard Threat Intelligence (if MailGuard is active)
- Threat Breakdown: Detailed view of detected threat types.
- DKIM/SPF/DMARC Pass Rates: Percentage success rates of email authentication checks.
- Spam Timeline: Development of spam volume over time.
- Top Spam Senders: List of the most frequent spam senders.
Encryption (if SecureMail is active)
- S/MIME Operations: Number of S/MIME encryption and signing operations.
- PGP Operations: Number of PGP encryption and signing operations.
License Capacity
Bar charts show the current utilization of your licensed capacities.
Portal Metrics (if Portal is active)
Statistics on the usage of the secure message portal.
Time Range and Export
- Time Range Selector: Choose between 3M (3 months), 1M (1 month), 1W (1 week) and 24H (24 hours).
- Export: Export dashboard data as CSV or JSON.
Prerequisites
The dashboard is available to Owner, Operator, Analyst, and Auditor.
