Configure the secure message portal: sender address, email templates, message retention, and storage quotas.
Portal Configuration
Configure the secure message portal under Settings > Portal. Here you define all parameters for portal operation.
General Settings
Enable/Disable Portal
The main toggle activates or deactivates the entire message portal. When disabled, no portal functions are available.
Sender Address
Set a custom sender address for portal notifications. The address must end with a configured domain.
Example: portal@yourdomain.com
Language
Select the default language for portal notifications:
- de – German
- en – English
Notification Templates
Reminder Email Subject
Define the subject line for reminder emails sent to recipients. Maximum 150 characters.
External Email Template
The HTML template for notifications to external recipients. The following placeholders must be included:

Internal Email Template
The HTML template for notifications to internal recipients. This template requires the following placeholder in addition to the external ones:

Retention and Storage
Message Retention
Define how many days messages are retained in the portal.

| Number (e.g., 30) | Messages are automatically deleted after the specified number of days |
| Empty (null) | Messages never expire |
Default Storage Quota
The default storage quota per member. The default value is 2 GB.
Per-Member Quotas
Individual storage quotas can be set for specific members, overriding the default quota.
