Automatic Redirection to the Portal
- Sender sends a message via their regular mailbox.
- Conbool analyzes the routing (domain, policy, security level).
- If portal delivery is active, the message is intercepted and stored in the portal.
- Instead of the original email, the recipient receives a portal notification with a magic link.
Notification Email
- Contains the sender name, subject, and secure access link.
- The link is valid for one-time use, bound to the session and IP, and expires after a defined period.
- Optionally, a second factor (e.g., SMS or PIN) can be activated.
Access and View
- When opening the magic link, the message is displayed in decrypted form.
- Attachments can be opened directly in the browser or downloaded encrypted.
- After the link expires, access is generally possible via the message portal.
