Integrations Overview
Conbool integrates seamlessly into existing IT infrastructures. Through integrations, users, groups, and certificates are automatically synchronized, so you do not need to maintain them manually.

What Data is Synchronized from Directory Services?
For Disclaimer Placeholders
When Entra ID or LDAP is connected, the following user attributes are available as placeholders in disclaimer templates:

For Encryption
- S/MIME certificates: Are automatically retrieved from the directory service when an encrypted email is to be sent.
- Groups: Are synchronized and available for routing rules (SecureMail, Disclaimer).
Where Do I Configure Integrations?
Navigate to Settings in the side menu. Under the respective integration sections, you will find the configuration options.
Only the Owner role can configure integrations.
