A Microsoft plan for staff without a fixed workplace, with a 2 GB mailbox, Outlook on the web and Exchange ActiveSync. The Conbool Mail counterpart is the Kiosk with 5 GB.
What is the difference between Microsoft 365 F1 and F3?
F3 includes a 2 GB mailbox and the Office apps in the browser. F1 is built around Teams and SharePoint, and for email Microsoft points to F3 or an Exchange Online plan.
Does Outlook work with the Kiosk mailbox?
No, the Kiosk is meant for webmail and smartphone. For Outlook, Apple Mail or Thunderbird on a computer, Plan 1 is the right plan.
What does a Kiosk mailbox cost with Conbool Mail?

Can Kiosk mailboxes be used on private smartphones?
Yes. Each device connects with its own app password. If a device is lost or someone leaves, you revoke only that password.
