Dashboard
The dashboard provides an overview of your email security status, active modules and key metrics.
Dashboard
After logging in and selecting a tenant, you will see the dashboard. It provides a central overview of the current status of your email security.
What Does the Dashboard Show?
System Status
The dashboard shows at a glance:
- Active Modules: Which products (SecureMail, MailGuard, Disclaimer) are active for this tenant.
- Domain Status: Whether your domains are correctly verified and configured.
- DNS Records: Status of MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC for each registered domain.
- Certificate Warnings: Expiring S/MIME certificates or PGP keys.
Email Statistics
- Processed Emails: Number of incoming and outgoing emails over the period.
- Encryption Rate: Percentage of emails sent encrypted.
- Threats Detected: Spam, phishing and malware blocked by MailGuard.
- Quarantine: Number of messages currently in quarantine.
Quick Access
From the dashboard you can directly access:
- Tracing: Analyze email flow and identify delivery issues.
- Quarantine: Review and release held messages.
- Settings: Adjust tenant configuration.
Prerequisites
To use the dashboard, you need at least the dashboard.read permission. The roles Owner, Operator, Analyst and Auditor have this permission.
