Overview

In the Settings area, external systems can be connected to automatically use user, group or certificate information in Conbool. This allows you to connect existing infrastructure such as Active Directory, Entra ID (Microsoft 365) or central verification tables directly with Conbool.

The following external integrations are currently supported:

• LDAP – Access to users, groups and certificates from local directory services
• Entra ID – Connection to Microsoft 365 / Azure AD for user and certificate data, users and groups
• DOI / NdB Mailer Table – Validation of email addresses against official or industry-specific reference directories

Each integration can be opened and configured directly via Settings → [Service].
