Key Import
Import existing PGP keys into Conbool — public and private keys.
PGP – Import Keys
Existing PGP keys can be imported directly.
Procedure
- Open SecureMail → PGP.
- Click the "+" icon.
- Select "Import key".
- Upload the files. Supported formats:
.asc,.gpg,.pgp- Public key
- Private key (optionally with passphrase)
- After successful verification, the keys appear in the overview under Public Keys or Private Keys.
Notes
- The passphrase is stored encrypted and is only accessible to the owner.
- Imported keys are automatically assigned to matching user or group identities.
- Expiration warnings and key conflicts are displayed in the dashboard.
