Message Portal – Replies and Interaction

Reply Function

Recipients can reply securely directly in the portal without having an account:

• Replies are made within the same encrypted thread.
• The return message is stored encrypted and automatically delivered to the original sender.
• The sender receives the reply either as a normal email (internally decrypted) or also via the portal.
• If the recipient is a Conbool customer, they can reply directly via their email client through the message portal.

Notifications

• The sender is notified by email when a reply has been received.
• Optionally, an automatic deletion period for threads can be defined (e.g., 30 days after the last activity).
