Configure company information for disclaimer placeholders. Manage corporate and legal information as well as custom placeholders.
Disclaimer Settings
Configure company information for disclaimer placeholders under Settings > Disclaimer. These values are available as placeholders in all disclaimer templates.
Activation
- Navigate to Settings > Disclaimer.
- Enable the Disclaimer Settings toggle.
Company Information
The following fields become available as {account.*} placeholders in disclaimer templates:
Corporate Data

Custom Placeholders
In addition to the predefined fields, custom key-value pairs can be created as custom placeholders. These are available in templates via {custom.*}.
Adding a Custom Placeholder
- Scroll to the Custom Placeholders section.
- Click Add Placeholder.
- Enter a Key (e.g.,
department). - Enter the corresponding Value (e.g.,
Sales). - Click Save.
The placeholder is then available as {custom.department} in templates.
