The Design Editor

The centerpiece of template creation is our visual editor. It enables you to create professional HTML signatures via drag & drop — without programming knowledge.

Structure & Usage

The editor is divided into three areas:

1. Canvas (Center): Your workspace (WYSIWYG).
2. Block Library (Right): All available elements.
3. Toolbar (Top): Views and export functions.

Structuring the Layout (Sections)

Always start with the framework. Drag Sections (columns) from the right panel onto the workspace:

• 1/2 Section: Ideal for classic signatures (logo on the left, text on the right).
• Divider: Dividing lines help separate content visually and cleanly.

Images & Logos

Images are essential for branding. Conbool makes it easy for you:

1. Drag the Image block to the desired position.
2. Upload your company logo directly.
3. No external hosting required: We store and optimize the image automatically for email delivery.

Code Mode (Import/Export)

For designers or agencies, we offer access to the source code.

• Click the Code icon < > in the top bar.
• You can export HTML code, edit it in an external editor, and re-import it.
• Note: The editor converts imported code back into visual blocks. There is no permanent "Raw HTML" mode.

Responsive Preview

Use the icons in the upper left (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile) to ensure that your signature also looks good on smartphones.
